NSW Fire and Emergency Services Levy Update
GSA would like to share with you a message from NIBA (National Insurance Brokers Association) on the unravelling of the NSW FESL. Currently, the matter is in a state of limbo until official notice is given from State Authorities. We understand the Government will introduce legislation to make the necessary legal changes in the week commencing 19 June 2017. Until that legislation is available, it is difficult to provide definitive guidance on how this process will work
