What is your role in the family business? 
Owner/Director – the original owner, Eduardo Rato (my wife’s father), retired in 2015.

What or who is a major influence for you in the family business? 
A major influence is my father in law, basically what he originally created, we as the second generation wish to continue to drive the business forward.

What keeps you up at night?
On how to maintain excellent customer service and deliver the best possible results.
