About 5 years ago Danielle Stewart lost her grandparents within months of each other. They were two people Danielle was close to, she thought she knew everything about them. At their funerals Danielle was quite surprised when she learnt all these amazing stories and achievements they had accomplished. She had so many questions but it was too late to ask them. Since then Danielle has met so many other people who have experienced the same thing.

Danielle started researching where people could go to tell their story and have it packaged in a creative and engaging way. She couldn’t find anything appropriate, it all led her to ‘writing your own memoirs’, which is time consuming, expensive and leaves you with a thesis. This is why Danielle started ‘Book in a Day’. She has combined fun, creativity and emotion into the brand, Danielle and the rest of the ‘Book in a Day’ team ensure each client experiences all three when they go through their six-step process.

‘Book in a Day’ has been running for 3 years and it’s been amazing how much joy their books have brought to their clients and their families. The adaptable methodology has also enabled them to work with Businesses and Schools to authentically capture and share their story. ‘Book in a Day’ belief is that everyone has a story to tell and they are excited to continue to grow their business, continuing to capture and share the stories of ordinary Victorians doing extraordinary things.

After all, isn’t life all about the experiences we have and the stories we share?

Our reason for selecting this business is due to the way it combines creativity and technology to provide an outcome that many would like to enjoy but few know how to create.
