We are a first generation family business with directors myself Phoebe, my brother Donald and my life partner Scott.

Our business started in 2005. We are a construction company that does commercial projects including retail, hospitality and office fit out works. We also build high end residential projects that are architectural in both design & finish.

My role is general manager. I manage accounts, HR, project managers and the general running of the company. I manage everything which is not site based.

A major influence for me in our business is my partner Scott. He has so much energy and big ideas. But as a team we bring many of the ideas to fruition.

Running a business of this size and looking after our three children I really don’t have trouble sleeping at night. A good night sleep gives me the energy to do my best during the day.

The key benefit of our FBA membership is the networking opportunities with like minded people. I have recently joined forum and am looking forward to the first meeting in October.
