What did we do? A series of 5 ‘Lightning Talks’ – 20 mins of relevant information delivered “TED Talk” style, followed by questions and discussion; a Key Note presentation by Angus Kennard – CEO of Kennards Hire, where we not only learned the story of the business but also the comprehensive processes followed before appointing Angus to the CEO role recently; a panel discussion with the Inductees of the 2016 Hall of Fame – what stood them apart from others and earned them this peer-awarded accolade. The conference concluded with an inspirational presentation on individual health and motivation which had the whole room on its feet, energised and ready to tackle the world!

Add good food and better company and the overall consensus was – success! Our thanks to all this who attended and those who helped to make it a great day.
