No state conference for WA – something new and improved!

That’s the headline for this quarter… and it may be causing a little confusion for those that have been around FBA for a few years and who are familiar with the popular annual WA State Conference.

We have listened to our members and in response to your feedback we have changed things up a bit!  The Family Business Insights Event 2018: “The real stories behind business success” will still be our premier event for the year and we are still delivering a fabulous opportunity to get together with other family business leaders and experts to learn and network, the format will be different – in a good way.

On Tuesday 8th May through a diverse and topical program we will feature a number of family businesses sharing their story, ‘nothing new there’ I hear you say!  However, this year we will be delving deeper into their stories, uncovering the challenges faced, working with your fellow attendees to explore solutions and finally hearing how each business approached these challenges to position itself for success.

We are also very fortunate to have John McLean CEO of Bundaberg Brewed Drinks as our key note presenter.  Join us to hear how sheer grit and determination of three generations of Queenslanders, turned a tiny soft drink factory into a global export business turning over more than $100 million in sales each year throughout 44 countries.
