Lowen is the principal of Peartree Marketing, a consultancy that specialises in brand development, marketing and communication. Her experience in family business began when advising family owned wine companies with their marketing and forming an appreciation that ownership and family elements need careful consideration when dealing with the business issues.Lowen facilitates family meetings where agreed strategies and protocols are developed for a number of family business aspects including family councils and family charters.

Zoe Detmold | Detmold Group

Zoe Detmold is the Senior Business Manager for Detpak Australia, currently heading the National Accounts division. The Detmold Group manufactures paper and board packaging with plants in Australia and Asia. The company has offices in over 20 countries. Zoe joined the group 10 years ago as the Business Development Manager for Emerging Markets (Europe), based in Singapore. She progressed quickly through various sales, marketing and management roles as well as relocating to Singapore, Sydney and then Adelaide. Zoe is passionate about personal development and creating opportunity for other people to be successful.

John Kennett | Kennett Pty Ltd
Established in 1914, Kennett Pty Ltd is a fourth generation, South Australian based company, specialising in commercial construction. John Kennett is the Managing Director and his two sons, James and Scott are part of the Executive; holding the positions of Business Development Manager and Construction Manager, respectively. Kennett Pty Ltd employs 45 staff and at any time engages up to 100 subcontractors and suppliers. Major projects currently include St Peters College, Resthaven Aged Care, Uniting Care Wesley and Fleurieu Aquatic Centre.

Tegan Webb | Spring Gully Foods
Tegan is the 4th generation working in the Spring Gully Foods family business. In her role as Marketing and Export Coordinator, her main focus is to expand Spring Gully products into overseas markets. She has been involved in several leadership programs including the Office for Youth’s A-Team program and the Royal Society for the Blind’s Young Business Leaders Program. Tegan has always been very passionate about family business, in particular succession and the Next Generation.

Geoff Vogt | Industry Leaders Fund
Geoff Vogt is the Chief Executive Officer of the Industry Leaders Fund. Geoff Vogt has extensive experience in the financial services and insurance sectors and was Chief Executive Officer of the Motor Accident Commission in South Australia for almost 12 years. Previously he held branch and head office financial positions with a major Australian life insurer, in merchant banking money market and advisory roles, as the manager of group funding for a major listed Australian corporation, and as an advisor to the Deputy Premier.
