Samantha is an Associate Director assisting businesses in the middle market, working across a range of industries in various countries. She has a passion for family businesses and has assisted many with accounts preparation, tax compliance and advice.
With over 10 years’ experience in the chartered accounting profession, Samantha has assisted many businesses with compliance and advisory requirements. She can assist with reporting for statutory compliance, federal and state taxes as well as acting as liaison with Australian and international regulatory authorities.
Samantha also has experience in providing advice on setting up business structures, initial setup and entering the Australian market, growth strategies, management reporting, internal and external stakeholder communication.
In addition, Samantha works in Global Outsourcing providing the “in-house finance team” for many businesses, whether a start-up entity or established business, and include services such as accounts payable, payroll processing, management reporting, cash management and treasury. Her team specialise in assisting international clients (foreign owned subsidiaries in Australia and branches of foreign companies).
