Rob and his consultancy, Enginuity Consulting are a rather unique. He is what you might call a ‘Specialist Generalist’. That is, he deals with all the complex areas a Family Office, Family Council, Board or CEO would normally cover.
Most work is conducted as a result of private referrals or via FBA connections.
Many organisations grow beyond the natural skill set of their CEO, Board or owners without them knowing it. Recurring issues are usually the main symptom. We work with the leaders to identify where they are at and provide the support required to get you and the business or group to where you want to be. Sometimes the leaders know exactly where they are at and just need assistance to make the changes required. Recognising that different people, groups and businesses need different skills sets at different stages of their lifecycle, and that these change over time, we match the skill set required with your personal, group or business life stage.
Acting as either a trusted advisor, board or advisory board member, sounding board, mentor, facilitator or implementer – depending on your needs. We work across:
