I am a Principal / Director and Head of Commercial Advice at Coleman Greig Lawyers. My extensive experience across commercial law and insolvency enables me to manage and mentor a team of lawyers who help clients improve their business outcomes and achieve their commercial goals.

My strong business acumen and comprehensive knowledge of the law and dispute resolution, allow me to see the ‘bigger picture’ when working on complex issues with clients. As a result, I adopt a unique and flexible approach – one that is both commercially astute and highly pragmatic – to deliver the best outcome in a variety of situations.

I am a trusted advisor to a wide range of Coleman Greig’s clients and have a breadth of experience developing effective commercial policies and procedures, contract negotiations and commercial transactions, through to my knowledge of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth) (PPSA) and Insolvency issues.
