Fotini’s areas of expertise include commercial advice in relation to the selling or buying of businesses, strategic structuring and succession advice, applied corporate governance advice to privately held companies and businesses, shareholder, unit holder and partnership agreements and related disputes, general corporate advice including the drafting of commercial agreements, such as distribution, license and service agreements. Fotini holds a graduate diploma in Applied Corporate Governance, she is a qualified Company Secretary, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, a Board Member and Secretary of the Hellenic Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc, a regular Governance course presenter for the Governance Institute of Australia, a member of the German Australian Chamber of Commerce and an FBA Specialist Accredited Family Business Adviser.
