With over 20 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry, Emma is a strong leader with demonstrated experience in commercial broking across a range of products as well as a long history of managing key client relationships and the service delivery that sits behind them. Emma creates success across the Gallagher branch network by building an honest and transparent work environment to drive the employee experience, which drives our customer experience. In her spare time Emma is very active, plays golf and hockey, enjoys spending time with friends and is an active Make-A-Wish Volunteer.
