Agnes works with family business owners, their finance teams and managers to develop strategies and implement restructures to ensure their businesses are operating in optimal business structures to facilitate business growth, future exit strategies and tax effectiveness. Agnes also specialises in facilitating the development of goal focussed business strategies including finance and reporting process improvement, cash-flow forecasting, budgeting, sensitivity analysis, business planning and finance proposals. Agnes is a Fellow of the Aus. Institute of Chartered Accountants, holds a Bachelor of Business (Acc.) and a Graduate Diploma, Financial Planning, ASIA as well as being a Registered Tax Agent.
