Its hard to believe that I am almost 3 months old, at FBA! I have had a great time in the last few months learning A LOT about how FBA works and the common issues faced by many family businesses. Of course all businesses are unique, but the commonality of family brings everyone together!
Over the last month we have seen lots of new members, coming from all different industries, no matter what the industry, there are family businesses. If you have a colleague or a friend that is in a family business, point them in the direction of FBA.
Last week we had a Forum Information breakfast, a great way for members that are interested in forums to find out more about these programs before they commit. If you are interested in forums, or wish to attend a future information session please let me know.
The FBA Vic Adviser group meets every second month, the March presentation was well attended and the group heard from Scott Keck, looking at investing in the property market. This presentation provided insight and knowledge for the adviser group to take back to their various clients when advising them on areas to invest in.
