At FBA we are committed to contributing to the long term success of Australia’s largest sector, the family business sector. This year we are particularly focusing on tailored solutions for our members: we have a refreshed Diagnostic Tool so businesses can assess their capabilities, and the gaps in those capabilities. This allows us to tailor professional development experiences for family businesses throughout the year. These experiences might be webinars, formal face to face interactions such as our highly regarded Directors Course, our popular Conversation Series, National or State Conferences, or networking lunches. Our support network, the Forum Group Program, continues with confidentiality assured as businesses debate and solve their problems with colleagues.

We are also focusing on the broader business needs of our sector by engaging with Government and industry associations to make sure family businesses get the optimum environment in which to operate – we are, after all, one of the biggest contributors to Australia’s productivity.
