What is your role in the family business?
Director of Marketing and Operations

What/ who is a major influence for you in the family business? 
Scott and I bought the business over 10 years ago and are probably the biggest influence. Outside of our family would be joining FBA. Learning to work together has both been challenging and rewarding as any husband and wife team can attest to. We have found that many of the events, educational programs, advisers and conferences, not to mention all the family business people we have met have all been influential in shaping the way our business has evolved. 

What keeps you up at night? 
How we can be better at what we do? How to keep fresh and relevant in a changing world? How do we make sure our staff have a happy and fulfilling role to play in the success of the business?

What’s the key benefit of your FBA membership? 
For me, it has always been the open and friendliness of members. The stories they share, both good and bad, are inspiring. Being a member of Family Business Australia has made me feel we are not alone on the business journey.
